Minor Piercing Policy:

You MUST be at least 16 yrs of age to be pierced.
This is the LAW not our rule.

You MUST have a STATE ISSUED PHOTO I.D.
(drivers license, non-driver I.D., Military I.D. or
Passport)
No School Id's or year books.

Your parent or legal guardian MUST be present and have a
STATE ISSUED PHOTO I.D. (See above for examples.)

You MUST also have a BIRTH CERTIFICATE with both
Child and present parent's name on it or LEGAL NOTARIZED
DOCUMENTS proving guardian rights.

There will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
We don't break the law for anyone.
